Freestanding Structures

Free-standing photovoltaic structures are mounting systems designed for ground-mounted installations – from small residential setups to large-scale PV farms. G-VOLT wholesale offers solutions from Corab, Energy5 and K2 Systems, meeting wind load, snow load and geotechnical requirements for various types of soil.
Types of ground-mounted structures
- Fixed systems – set at the optimal tilt angle for maximum annual energy production.
- Adjustable systems – the tilt angle can be changed depending on the season.
- Single- and dual-axis trackers – automatic sun tracking for maximum energy yield.
Materials and durability
The structures are made of anodised aluminium and hot-dip galvanised steel, resistant to corrosion. Installation is adapted to local conditions – driven piles, ground screws, or concrete blocks.
Benefits for investors
- Flexible configuration – from several modules to multi-megawatt installations.
- Possibility of installation in any location with good sunlight exposure.
- Long service life and low operating costs.
