Roof Structures

Photovoltaic roof mounting structures are installation systems that enable the safe and durable fastening of PV panels on pitched and flat roofs. The G-VOLT offer includes solutions from Corab, K2 Systems and Energy5, adapted to various roofing types, wind and snow zones in Poland, and project requirements in B2B installations.
Types of roof structures
- Systems for pitched roofs – mounting for ceramic tiles, metal roofing tiles, trapezoidal sheet metal, and bitumen shingles.
- Systems for flat roofs – ballast structures, east–west, south-facing, with adjustable tilt angles.
- Custom solutions – for industrial and commercial buildings with non-standard roofs.
Materials and durability
The structures are made of anodised aluminium and stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and a durability exceeding 25 years. All systems are certified and compliant with PN-EN 1991-1-4 (wind load) and PN-EN 1991-1-3 (snow load) standards.
Benefits for installer and investor
- Safe PV panel installation in all climatic conditions.
- Short installation time thanks to modular design and ready-made kits.
- Full compatibility with PV modules in various sizes and power ratings.
- Possibility of integration with lightning protection and grounding systems.
