HUAWEI Backup Box-B0

The Backup Box B0 is an emergency power supply module for single-phase inverters from the Huawei L1 series. The Backup Box B0 is used in PV installation systems on building roofs to control the operation status of the network and island operation of the inverter. In case of a network failure, the inverter switches to island operation mode and supplies power to devices not connected to the power grid in backup power mode. After the network failure is resolved, the inverter switches back to grid-connected mode. On the network side of the Backup Box B0 device, surge protection SPD must be installed.
