Technical specifications

The SolarEdge SE1000-SEN-TMOD-S2 module temperature sensor monitors the temperature on the rear surface of the photovoltaic module. The output signal from the sensor ranges from 4 to 20 mA, corresponding to a temperature range of -40 to +90°C. Ambient sensors are used to measure solar radiation intensity, temperature, and wind speed at the installation site, as well as to calculate the Performance Ratio (PR) coefficient of the installation. These sensors are connected to the SolarEdge control and communication gateway, and the measurement results are displayed in the SolarEdge monitoring portal. One control and communication gateway can be connected to a maximum of three sensors. Additional sensors can be installed with a greater number of gateways.
