Product description
SolarEdge SE2200H-RW000BEN4 is a single-phase grid-tied inverter using HD-Wave technology and designed to operate with SolarEdge power optimizers. The model provides a rated and maximum output power of 2200 VA, while on the DC side it supports power up to 3400 W, a maximum input voltage of 480 V and current up to 6.5 A. The constant input voltage of the SolarEdge system allows longer strings to be designed, while the maximum inverter efficiency reaches 99.2%. The device can be commissioned using the SolarEdge SetApp via a local connection to the inverter's Wi-Fi station, and the available communication interfaces include RS485 and Ethernet as well as optional wireless solutions. Natural cooling, quiet operation below 25 dBA and the IP65 enclosure make the device suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.

Model comparison
SolarEdge SE2200H is the smallest power variant in the presented family of single-phase HD-Wave inverters. The directly higher SE3000H model increases the rated output power from 2200 VA to 3000 VA, the maximum DC power from 3400 W to 4650 W and the maximum input current from 6.5 A to 9 A. At the same time, the maximum continuous output current increases from 10 A to 14 A. Both models use a maximum input voltage of 480 V DC, a rated input voltage of 380 V DC and the same HD-Wave architecture. The SE2200H is best suited to smaller single-phase SolarEdge installations where 2.2 kW of power is sufficient and there is no need to use the 3 kW variant.
